We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, so we make our returns policy simple. We have a "no quibbles" guarantee for many of our products which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased just return it to us in perfect condition (unwashed and unworn) together with a valid receipt within 28 days of purchase, and we will issue a full refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 working days. Refunds can only be made to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. If you have purchased a personalised item please check your details are correct within 28 days.  After 28 days we will not accept returns.

Please take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession.  This means that: you may inspect and try on goods as you would in our store but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained.  

Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged or washed.  
Imperfections caused by unsuitable item wear/use, washing or intentional damage are exempt from refunds or exchange.

Since many of the items that we sell are personalised to you and produced specifically for you then there are certain exclusions. These are:

  • Pens, Pewter, Crystal that have been engraved with the student name and degree.
  • Graduation clothing:

1)      Graduates Name on Garments – 
Please note it is your responsibility to check that the graduates  name appears correctly on the garment when you place the order with us.  We informed you that we have the facility to change a spelling or add a missing name but you must inform us within 14 days of the event.  We are unable to refund or return if you now find that the name is missing or incorrect.

2)      Garment Sizes and Colours –
We informed you that it was your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct size/colour garment and to view our samples.  Our sales crew are happy to help but will not be held responsible for size decisions. Since garments are made to order we cannot refund you if the size/colour ordered is found to be unsuitable.  We may be able to exchange provided there is stock remaining so please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

3)      Garment Front Logo/Design -
Whilst our aim is to maintain continuity of front logo design this is not always possible as the result of supply issues and production runs. Therefore we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same front logo print as seen on your graduation day.  We may be able to add an additional logo to your garment if this is the case so please contact us and we will do our best.

4)      Garment Substitution -
We are reliant on third party manufacturers for garments and as such continuity of supply to us is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to amend or change products styles without prior notice in order to deliver your product to you in the time frame stipulated.  

We will be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error.  We will refund postage to the equivalent amount of the charge we make to you as the customer.  We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Refunds can also not be made for services such as gift wrapping.

In the event that Campus Clothing sends you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the original within 28 days. Campus Clothing reserves the right to charge the price of replacement to the payment card used for the original order if that item is not returned within 28 days of the date on which Campus Clothing confirms the issue of a replacement.

Faulty Goods
First if you feel you may have received a faulty item, our apologies.  Please contact us and we'll  inspect the product and sort out your issue. 

Please note that if your item is over 6 months old, it is no longer covered by our Faulty Goods policy.  This is in line with Trading Standards guidelines which stipulate that any fault in garments that are over 6 months old (from date of purchase) is considered to be wear and tear rather than a fault with the item.
